SD-01 The Pro One - Loosies

I ordered a dozen just to try them out. It's just as good as a pro v or tp5x if not better. I'm shooting my best scores i have in years. Seed balls are real gamers and will be in my bag for a long time.

After initially trying a dozen SD01 (handing some to friends for them to try out), I was sufficiently impressed to order a box of 50 Loosies to cover my needs for the rest of this season and a good chunk of next season. Feel with putter and wedges is so, so close to the ProV1 and performance is similarly hard to differentiate. Launch window, carry and spin from driver down to full wedges is great for my eye and swing and I'm hitting the same launch window and carry distances as I do with the likes of the ProV1 and latest TP5X. Definitely enough check spin on approach shots too, but not too much.
I'm a 6HCP, so miles from the ball striking consistency of tour players. I just know that these work really well for me.
I shot a 2026 season-low scored of 2-over (full 18 holes) with the SD01 yesterday!

I really like the SD-01, it is a premium ball without the premium price. There is no sacrificing performance for price with this ball. All performance characteristics are as good or better than anything I have played, and I was a professional for over 25 years.

Played 3 rounds since receiving my Seed SD-01's. I love them. The have a truly soft feel around the green that is very noticeable. Very easy to generate a lot of spin greenside with a good ball strike. Drives as good or better (for my slow swing speed swing) as any other ball I've used. Why pay more for same/less performance ? Great value.

these perform as well as the prov1. I have used them on my foresight as well as on the course. numbers are identical.
